Organizations are in fact considerably more complex than they appear at first sight. The roles of managers, employees, customers, vendors and machines cannot be so easily analyzed and understood. The truth is an organization possesses a complex design of interrelationships and interdependencies between people and processes. A complex process of adjustment is constantly taking place with people in conflict with what is a comfortable behavior and what is an expected behavior. If the organization is to gain the most leverage from its collection of human assets (development of skills and talent recognition) and the systems of process and control then knowledge of management and employee traits are essential. Our focus is to identify these traits in terms of: Strengths, Reactions to Pressure Situations, Job Environment, Decision-Making, Communication, Tries to Avoid and Ideal Supervisor. Then we map how people believe they should behave and how they want to behave. The encompassing term is their style. Styles can be further explained as:
The organization will be able to enhance growth, address conflict issues, develop human resource talent and arm themselves to face any new challenge.
